Our unique 3-step method, which we call ATL, is designed to maintain optimal customer satisfaction, and keep your home, office and property secure.
We take our hiring process seriously. Your security is our top priority. We are extremely thorough in our screening process, which goes well beyond record checks for felony convictions. Our mission is to provide exceptional service in a growth mindset environment in which both staff and clients can thrive. To that end we employ a variety of assessments in order to determine amenability to both the job and our company culture. We strive to utilize our staff in a variety of different capacities as best suit their talents, and it is our goal to provide a career opportunity for staff to flourish in.
We don’t allow "good enough" at Above The Line Cleaning. We have an extensive, detailed, multi week training program for all new hires, continually conduct ongoing training on new and improved cleaning tools and processes, and regularly quality check all of our jobs to ensure processes are being followed and work continues to meet expectations.
Your feedback is key to reaching our goal of becoming the best cleaning service and employer in the area.
