Full-Time Cleaning Jobs
Have you been trying to find house cleaner jobs? Do you want to work with some awesome cleaning professionals and administrative staff who truly care about you, your goals, and aspirations–and work hard to make this the best job you’ve ever had? Well you're in luck; we are always looking for our next ATL Teammate!
We offer a variety of different cleaning services to our customers and provide extensive training…too extensive, in some people's opinions! If you don't believe in thorough preparedness, taking the time given to learn our systems and processes, this is not the job for you. But if you value being provided all of the information, tools, and time needed to learn how to achieve efficient cleaning excellence this is your happy place!
This is not "just cleaning." This is a very rewarding job for the service minded individual. We are here to help our clients decrease stress, handle tasks they are unable to do themselves, and ensure their homes are comfortable, sanitized, and maintained, preventing buildup that can actually cause damage to surfaces. Our clients are extremely grateful for our assistance and the right employee WILL become part of their family.
Our mission is to provide exceptional service in a growth mindset environment in which both staff and clients can thrive. To that end, we employ a variety of assessments in order to determine compatibility with both the job and our company culture. We strive to utilize our staff in a variety of different capacities as best suit their talents, and it is our goal to provide a career opportunity for staff to flourish in. We are a close knit work family, so we are very selective about who we choose to invite onboard and work hard at identifying staff with the character and values that align with our team in order to minimize drama, chaos and negativity. It is my goal to be the best employer you have ever had, and provide a living wage and growth opportunities, while still remaining affordable. To learn more about our company, read our story here.
Working as a House Cleaner
Working as a professional cleaner is physically demanding, can be hot, uncomfortable, and disgusting! You must also have a thick skin as you WILL be blamed for anything that has been broken, misplaced, or permanently damaged due to age/lack of maintenance prior to our involvement. However, the majority of the time you will receive messages such as these after your hard work:
The quality of work is always outstanding and I am very happy to have help making my home nicer.
Stacy did a great job! We so appreciate her and the lovely spirit she brings into our home!
She did a wonderful job cleaning our home, as she always does. Efficient but thorough! Thank you!!!
You do NOT need to have prior cleaning experience; so long as you are willing to devote the time our training program requires you WILL excel here.
You will be responsible for cleaning, vacuuming, washing, dusting, mopping and sanitizing all areas and surfaces of our clients’ homes, apartments and small offices. We have an extensive, detailed, multi-week training program for all new hires, and continually conduct ongoing training on new and improved cleaning tools and processes. We regularly quality check all of our jobs to ensure ATL work and that staff know how to deliver this.
Do I work alone or on a team?
Cleaning jobs are mostly performed by one technician. In the event of larger jobs, you’ll be assigned to a team. You must have your own car to be able to carry cleaning supplies to the work sites.
How do I check my schedule?
We use a scheduling app on our phones, where you can easily pull up your daily schedule.
How do I get paid?
We pay using direct deposit to your bank account. We use a digital payroll system where you’ll be able to see your weekly payment and pay stubs.
How Far Do I Have to Drive?
We have a service area in southeastern Washington and northeastern Oregon. To see a map of our service area click here.
