Our thorough screening goes beyond felony record checks, using assessments to ensure alignment with the job and our culture. We don’t allow "good enough" at Above The Line Cleaning. We have an extensive, detailed, multi week training program for all new hires, continually conduct ongoing training on new and improved cleaning tools and processes, and regularly quality check all of our jobs to ensure processes are being followed and work continues to meet expectations.
